Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an International Freight Forwarder at Cargo Zoomer OÜ. The International Freight Forwarder will be responsible for managing forwarding operations, export processes, customer interactions, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods across international borders. The candidate will handle daily logistics coordination, collaborate with transport providers, and maintain strong communication with customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation of freight internationally.
• Manage export operations, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries and support customers’ freight needs.
• Liaise with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient freight forwarding.
• Track shipments and update customers on the status of their deliveries.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships by ensuring high service standards.
• Handle documentation for international shipments, including customs documentation, bills of lading, and invoices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and one additional foreign language (preferably German, Polish, or French).
• Proven experience in Forwarding and Freight Transportation.
• Strong background in Export and Freight Forwarding operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and compliance.
• Experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plus.
